When water, pests or storm damage will not wait, the part you should not have to worry about is whether anyone picks up. Here is what this service commits to, and — just as plainly — what it does not.
Answered every hour of every day
Any hour, any day: the line is answered. A burst pipe at 2am is the ordinary case for this trade, not the exception.
Nothing to pay for being connected
Using this service costs you nothing. No charge to call, none to be connected, and none for whatever quotes you collect. Only the work you hire is paid for, and you pay the contractor directly.
A licensed contractor who works locally
The contractor on the other end is independent, licensed for this trade in New Jersey, and based close enough to Newark to turn up. Ask for the license number and proof of insurance on the first visit; that request is normal and welcome.
If the match is wrong, call back
A contractor who misses the appointment or rubs you the wrong way is a reason to call back, not to give up. Ask for a different one; it costs nothing and nobody will argue.
Where these commitments stop
What this page does not do is guarantee the work itself. The contractors are independent; this site neither performs the work nor warrants it. Any workmanship guarantee comes from the contractor you hire, in writing, and it is worth asking for one.
